La loi du 14 juin 2013

Ce nouveau dispositif a été instauré par la loi de sécurisation de l’emploi du 14 juin 2013, publié au JO du 16/06/2013.

Rappelons que cette loi fait suite à l’ANI du 11/01/2013.
