Mesures de soutien aux entreprises

Dans un premier temps, la circulaire UNEDIC rappelle les mesures de soutien aux entreprises, prévues par l’article 9 de la LFSS pour 2021, comme suit :

Employeurs éligibles à l’exonération Covid et aide au paiement

L’exonération Covid (appelée parfois « exonération Covid 2 ») s’applique :

Aux employeurs de moins de 250 salariés exerçant leur activité au sein des secteurs S1 (tourisme, de l’hôtellerie, de la restauration, du sport, de la culture, du transport aérien, de l’évènementiel) et SI bis (secteurs qui dépendent de ceux précités), sous réserve, au cours du mois suivant celui au titre duquel l'exonération est applicable, soit avoir fait l’objet de mesures d’interdiction d’accueil du public (à l’exception des activités de livraison, de retrait de commande ou de vente à emporter), soit avoir constaté une baisse de leur chiffre d'affaires d’au moins 50 % par rapport à la même période de l’année précédente (à l’exception des clubs sportifs professionnels) .
