La loi du 5 août 2021 relative à la gestion de la crise sanitaire a instauré l’obligation de subordonner l’accès des personnes à certains lieux à la présentation d’un pass sanitaire.

La loi du 22 janvier 2022 renforçant les outils de gestion de la crise sanitaire a transformé le pass sanitaire en pass vaccinal.

Le pass vaccinal consiste en la présentation, via l’application TousAntiCovid ou une attestation papier, d’une preuve :

Soit d’une preuve d’un schéma vaccinal complet, après le rappel vaccinal (3^ème dose) pour les vaccins à double injection (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) ou dans le cadre d’un schéma de vaccination monodose avec ces mêmes vaccins faisant suite à un antécédent de Covid-19 (à compter de 2 mois après l’infection) ; après le rappel vaccinal (2^ème dose) pour les vaccins avec une seule injection (Johnson & Johnson) ;
Soit le résultat d’un test positif attestant du rétablissement de la Covid-19, datant d’au moins 11 jours et de moins de 6 mois.
