Le contenu des rubriques relatives à l’exonération applicable aux contrats d’apprentissage (…), qui ont fait l’objet d’une consultation publique, entre en vigueur le 1^er septembre 2024.
Quelques paragraphes ont fait l’objet de clarifications à la suite de questions soulevées dans le cadre de la consultation.

Communiqué du 30/05/2024 (rappel)

Le BOSS confirme qu’une nouvelle rubrique est ajoutée, elle présente le régime d’exonération applicable aux contrats d’apprentissage.

Elle comporte trois chapitres :

Chapitre 1 – Champ d’application (employeurs éligibles, salariés éligibles) ;
Chapitre 2 – Modalités d’application de l’exonération de cotisations patronales (application de la réduction générale des cotisations et contributions patronales pour le secteur privé, exonération de cotisations patronales pour le secteur public) ;
Chapitre 3 – Modalités d’application de l’exonération de cotisations salariales (nature des cotisations exonérées, assiette de l’exonération, calcul de l’exonération, règles d’articulation et de cumul).
