Rappel du dispositif

Faisant suite aux modifications apportées par la loi « Avenir professionnel », le décret n°2019-523 du 27 mai 2019 et son article 2 ont confirmé des mesures transitoires lorsqu’une hausse de la contribution est constatée par rapport à la contribution N-1.

Ainsi que l’indique par ailleurs le site de l’AGEFIPH, em« Ces modalités permettront d’atténuer les hausses de contribution trop importantes qui résulteraient de la réforme de l’OETH et de laisser le temps aux entreprises de mettre en œuvre une stratégie favorable à l’emploi des personnes handicapées pour le conformer à cette nouvelle obligation d’emploi ».em
