L’accord de performance obligatoire peut-il concerner une catégorie de salariés ?

Oui.

L’accord de performance collective peut ne concerner qu’une seule catégorie de salariés, ou qu’un seul établissement.

Les règles applicables aux APC sont celles mentionnées aux articles L. 2232-11 et suivants du Code du Travail, qui s’appliquent à toutes les « conventions d’entreprise », conclues soit au niveau du groupe, soit au niveau de l'entreprise, par accord d'entreprise avec un périmètre réduit à l'établissement.
