Certains alcools peuvent être consommés sur le lieu de travail lors d’une occasion particulière tel qu’un pot de départ. L’employeur peut limiter ou interdire la consommation d’alcool en introduisant une clause dans le règlement intérieur de l’entreprise.

Certains alcools peuvent être consommés sur le lieu de travail lors d’une occasion particulière tel qu’un pot de départ, un pot de fin d’année, un anniversaire, repas d’affaires, etc…

Seuls les alcools suivants sont autorisés :

Le cidre ;
La bière ;
Le poiré ;
Le vin.

Mais il est possible d’interdire complètement la consommation d'alcool (y compris celle de vin, bière, cidre et poiré) lorsque celle-ci est susceptible de porter atteinte à la sécurité et à la santé physique et mentale des salariés. Cette mesure doit être justifiée et proportionnée.
