Principe et objectif

Le contrat de travail peut organiser une variation future de la rémunération dés lors que les modalités de variation sont clairement définies dans le contrat.

Les objectifs peuvent être :

Quantitatif : chiffre d’affaires réalisé, nombre de contrats réalisés, quantité de produits vendus, etc. ;
Qualitatif : mise en place d’une organisation, réalisation d’un projet, taux de marge, taux satisfaction clientèle, etc.
